Guide to help you get started step by step. You should print out a copy
of this guide and use it as your check list when setting up your store with
Sales Factory Plus.

Remember, no question is too silly to ask!
Online Support is available 24 hours a day and will be answered as soon
as possible via email. To send a question to Online Support, please click
HERE.
Telephone Support is available free to clients on the Gold and Platinum
Plans. For those on the Bronze and Silver Plans, telephone support is billed at
$5 for each 5 minute block or part thereoff (not including the cost of the
call). You will be advised at the end of each call the cost incurred.
The following table shows the hours of operation of the Telephone Support
Helpdesk (All times are Australian Eastern Time)
